For centuries we have been taught to give ourselves to others even in sickness or in health, for richer or poorer till death do us part. So many of us never really stop for a moment to consider that life is a journey that requires you to often spend time with yourself so you can grow to become a better person. We need to nurture our spiritual being before we are able to truly uplift anyone.

Relationships are often conceived for various reasons including financial , depression, regression and oftentimes revenge not realizing that we are harming our ownselves. No-one should enter into any relationship unless the individual is prepared to accept certain responsibilities. Life partners has to be psychological stable and confident so as to help to uplift each other. Oftentimes one party may be stronger but if you merge with someone that it is a pessimist and hates to be corrected, the relationship is  already doomed for failure. Do not be unequally yoked.

Lack of confidences is often detrimental to all relationships. You may end up settling for less than you perceive if you don’t know or understand your true value.
Most relationship end because one or both parties criticize a lot.  Being judgmental is  an escape route of not aligning ones future and feeling happy about the outcome of personal  expectation. The most judgmental people have suffered some form of disappointment in life and try to make up for their shortcomings by finding faults with others often putting them down and pretending to be better at all times.

Some people define happiness in relationship as financial stability. People who enter into relationships for financial reasons mostly live in denial and build false hope believing that financial security can solve almost everything. To not have anything in common and enter into a relationship for only financial reasons is detrimental to ones heath and wellbeing. Oftentimes in the beginning of a relationship, it may seem as if you’re winning but as time goes by people realize that they are only imprisoned.
Many people finally concludes that they somewhat forfeited their dreams and aspirations which is the key to their happiness and fulfillment. Having wealth does not guarantees happiness. Happiness is only a myth when we continuously take but never give back in return. Our libes cannot be bartered or sold-we do not own it to begin with.
To know God is true happiness. To have a relationship with Christ helps us to overcome all obstacles in life. Knowing God is as simple as admitting to yourself and others that a “Superior Power” lies within us that enables us to reap the fruits of our labor by rewarding us with long life, health and peace of mind.

Oftentimes we are told that life is a cycle that progresses from childhood to eventually reaching adulthood; however, the physical being is in conflict with the spiritual being as we have to nurture the child that lives within us in order to accomplish physical well-being.

SELF-REALIZATION: We need to process many attritibutes of a child to become fulfilled throughout our lives. Firstly, one has to realize that we are children of the Creator. We rely on God as our source of strength. We cannot attain nothing on our own. We need God’s guidance and protection to succeed. Be thankful for the air that you breathe. Do not take life for granted.

SELF ACTUALIZATION:  Eat delicate meals that are light, tangible  and easy to digest. The inner lining of the arsophagus is soft and readily inflamed. Eat regular small meals like a child while sitting and enjoying wonderful conversations or contemplating positive thoughts. It is healing for the soul. Do not sit to eat with people who are filled with wrath and hatred. It is vexation to the spirit and will greatly affect your health and well-being.

SELF-PRESERVATION: Enjoy quiet moments with your imaginary friends. It is also good to have a pet to return love and dispel loneliness.  Enjoy the quiet serenity or new age relaving music. Warm tea actually admonishes the heart and relaxes the mind. Chamomile or peppermint tea sweetened with honey replenishes your body and helps you to deal with grieve.

SELF-ILLUSTRATION: Reading the word of God with understanding helps us to acknowledge our spiritual identity thus being able to realize that our soul lives on for eternity.  Many answers not easily understood or found in the bible may be found in other books. Be willing to learn from others mistake based on their experiences .

SELF-CULTIVATION: Learn to evoke the power of God by staying attune to his creation and learning to recognize His voice.  Similar to a child, if you fall, get back up. Life is all about the lesson we attain during our lifetime. It is okay to make mistakes but avoid making the same mistakes over and over again. Strive for gradual self-mprovement.

SELF MOTIVATION: Nature is nurturing. Enjoy going for walks while enjoying beautiful landscapes and sceneries.  Water revitalizes the spirit and refreshes the mind. Enjoy sunlight and quiet moments especially before the dawn of day or at nights when the world seems to be asleep. Like a child, believe that you are highly protected and truly loved. Do not be afraid as fear certainly lures irrational thoughts and behavior and causes you to make hasty decisions which could be quite detrimental.

SELF-GRATIFICATION: Remain humble even if you become well-known and successful as pride is the beginning of all downfalls and the staging of false conquest.  Do not look down on others as it is displeasing to God; however, choose your company well as the wrong froends that adults and children keep often lead them astray.

Be thoughtful and playful. Enjoy every moment while you are alive. It will help you to remain youthful and live a long and vibrant life. Also learn to develop froendships with others even if they are not long-term relationships. You actially cannot make it through this world alone. To completely live for yourself will cause your life to be totally adrift and amiss.

Researchers have failed to realize that adults have become a large percentage of cyberbullying true statistics. To be fully able to overcome this criteria, one has to be able to fully comprehend it.  Undoubtedly, cyberbullying no longer just affects teens that attend public schools but also affects adults who have joined social mefia communities.
People join social media communities such as Instagram on Facebook for different reasons including reuniting with people from their past such as relatives and friends. Others join after being invited by someone else and eventuslly stays for the interaction and entertainment.
Any innocent person can become a victim of cuberbullying. You could simple be a follower on anyone‘s page or like an image when all of a sudden you receive inbox threats and  your family photos including those of your children are blasted all over the internet with derogatory statements. The perpetrators like to form groups to target other innocent victims.
The members of these grouos oftentimes seek out private information and contact local authorities including  Chikd Welfare Bureau and give false statements. Their aim is to separate families and their emphasis is that their victims will eventually commit suicide or be locked away in jail.
Did you know that hatred towards victims of cyberbullying, stalking and harrassment is actually a cry for help?  If you are a victim of cyber-bullying, stalking and harrassment, you may have taking certain stands to show that you are strong and refuse to be intimidated only to become totally completely isolated not realizing that these perpetrators feed off your energy; they crave for attention.  However, the more attention that you give your accomplice is the more they become infuriated and try to destroy you completely.

Cyberbullying stalking and harrassment could happen to anyone even when they choose to live the most secluded lives. However, you may be able to overcome by completely ignoring your opponent,  possible changing locations, filing a report with the rightful authorities and blocking all forms of communication.

The majority of people who set out to display hatred towards others are actually victims of certain circumstances such as child molestion, sexual exploitation, child abuse, abandonment, incarceration, mental and physical abuse probably in relationships, divorce, separation and loss of love ones.  They may have also been bullied as children and feel unloved or unwanted by their parents. Finding out information about your perpetrator and making it public on social media only causes matters to get worse. They will only surface with a rebuttal and make up stories about you to completely destroy your reputation.

The saying, “misery loves company” is absolutely true. There are people who don’t like to see other people happy especially if they are feeling isolated. Unfortunately, most of us who experience the dark stigmas of hatred retaliates and lashes out. This may be our way of demonstrating that we refuse to be intimidated but such behavior oftenly only causes the situation to get more out of hand.
You can only quench fire with water. You are already defeated if you plan to go toe to toe with your opponent.

Do not respond to perpetrators in a negative manner as it causes them to actually feel loved and accepted yet they may react more violent. Their assumption is that you actually go out of your way to find time for them. If you respond in a positive manner, they sometimes believe that you are trying to be sarcastic and may even upset you further.

Psychological evaluation and eventually psychotherapy based on analyzation may actually make a difference; however, bullies like to feel immediate gratification and fulfillment - psychotherapy may take several months or years.

Although oftentimes frustrating, cyberbullying, stalking and harrassment may eventually end. Here are several instructions basef on person experience to help you to grt through such ordeal.
Make a file with all text messages, emails or online post.
Record all conversations and later BLOCK all communications.
Do not respond
Ignore the individual totally
Report abuse
 It is also advisable to seek a restraining order if you feel that your life is being threatened.
The law doesnot take these matter lightly. Oftentimes though, law enforcement officers DO NOT take cyberbullying seriously and if the perpetrator had no physical contact with you, they are not willing to press charges for harrassment.
If you dated someone online, they do not consider it to be a relationship and may not be willing to file the charges as domestic violence even if you are stalked online and harassed constantly.
Cyberbulying is actually a federal matter and local authorities are not  usually responsible for handling complaints.  You can always file a complain with the FBI online. If you have proof of being contacted by phone then it falls under local state laws. Provide proof and make a report.
Laws need to be enforced to protect victims of cyberbullying. Many of these victims have contemplated taking their own lives. Some decide to take matters into their hands after making countless of complains to the appropriate prople and not getting any results.

You may seek punitive damages by filing a civil lawsuit. The money may not be of much interest to you as you are more concern about your wellbeing but the mere fact that it could cause financial loss to your opponent will cause the instigator to immediately stop interfering with you.
During this ordeal, check with your doctor regularly as you may be suffering from anxiety attack attack or depression caused from such horrific experience. It is important that you get your health vitals as stress may cause your blood pressure to increase and cause strokes, heart attack or other illnesses.
Concludion:  I am a victim who have managed to overcome these ordeals Sorry if you or your love one has to go through such experience.

Alternative Remedies: Spiritual Baths With Natural Ingredients

No matter what the circumstances, your future will soon realign itself and you will later have no feeling of regrets. For this bath read Psalms 49 seven times or meditate before immersing yourself in the bath. Think positivity while taking ithis bath  It is advisable that you take a lemon bath 2 days before 

LEMOM BATH Slice 12 lemons in halves then add to a full bathtub of lukewarm water. Rinse off thoroughly while usa piece of lemon in different areas of the body. Don’t forget to wash behind the ears and knees. Squeeze a little  lemon juice also in your mouth then rinse it out. Bath should last for 25 minutes only. Let out the water then put on a slipper. Do not be bare-footed. Apply olive oil to wet skin. Air dry then put clothes on. If possible wash your hair during this bath then slightly towel dry. 
To consecrate oil open vial or bottle and repeat psalm 53 three times or a positive affirmation.

For years I worked as a spiritual healer.  My most effective remedy was water; however, most of my clients refused to believe it’s many healing properties so I worked with certain other basic ingredients which are quite effective.

These ingredients are key lime, garlic, apple cider vinegar, raw honey, olive oil and  ginger.  Apple cider vinegar and honey is a great combination while olive oil and  key lime  works well together. Ginger and honey also has tremendous effects. Even when these ingredients are not combined, they are quite beneficial to ones health.

 Garlic is one of the most effective healing remedy. It prevents blood clots improves circulation and also detoxifies the liver. Garlic effectively fights off bacteria and helps respiratory and lung problems. It decreases mucus in the membrane and is often used to treat allergy, cold and flu symptoms. Garlic can also be used to treat ears and throat infection. Garlic tea may also lower fever as it fights infections that attack the body.

Garlic enhances rapid weight loss. It reduces fat deposits, lowers cholesterol and also lightens and clears complexion. On the other hand, garlic also helps to remove bald spots and causes regrowth.

Garlic significantly purifies the bloodstream. It is also believed to diminish cancerous cells. and inflammation. Astoundingly, garlic also is known for improving vision and effectively treating eye symptoms such as glaucoma.

On an empty stomach drink a cup of olive oil warmed for a few seconds in the microwave. 15 minutes after drinking the lukewarm olive oil, drink 1/4 cup of homemade orange juice using 2 oranges or one grapefruit. The toxins from your liver will instantly be dispelled. Chew on 4-5 pegs of fresh garlic 45 minutes after. Do not remove the peel of the garlic. Spit out garlic after extracting the juice of the garlic in your mouth. You can also take 5 tablespoon of garlic extract with one tablespoon honey instead.

A day or two after, you will feel completely energized and renewed. Follow up with 3 glasses of cucumber juice  daily for three consecutive days.  Put a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in the second glass of cucumber juice for the day..
 For the next 7 days eat freshly made salads and drink up to 14 glasses of coconut water.
Expect allergy symptoms and sinus problems to improve after this procedure.
You will have less or no migraine headaches if you normally suffer from this symptom.  At least for the next two to three weeks, you will not feel constipated.
Expect to urine a lot as your body flushed itself of all the toxins. You will feel less stressed; your appetite may slightly decrease.

Drinking a teacup of olive oil at least every three months keeps the body attuned. For most people, drinking olive oil is not easily digestive. Slice a lemon and regularly squeeze a few drops of juice in your mouth.
Repeat this procedure for up to 15 minutes after taking the preferred dosage of room temperature olive oil preferable in the morning. This will help to prevent nausea or vomiting caused from upset stomach.

Vinegar kills bacteria that causes bad breath and is also good to treat ear infection, pimples and rash.  Vinegar gets rid of congestion and balances the alkinity in the body. It is recommended to add to baths at least once per week for total revitalization.

All these alternative remedies are twice ass effective when flushed with water. Water transports food to the blood stream. It helps constipation. Water gets rid of waste materials.  It hydrates the system and removes toxin through perspiration and urination. Water enhances the complexion; it also helps to relax the muscle of the heart after strenuous exertion.

Water and lemon assist in weight loss as they both help to detoxify the body.   Our body condist of 90 percent water which is also vital for purification and moderating body temperature. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily and experience full vitality and mental clarity. Drinking water while not consuming food for at least 14 days heals the body of many illnesses and promotes longevity.
